Oh, the complete indignity of it all!
Tiggie warned me to keep my tail curled under, but that vet's assistant managed to push my tail aside any ol' way. That was not fun. At all.
Then, as if that wasn't bad enough, they did something else completely unspeakable to me, and then told Treater that I would have to stay there until I was able to "leave a sample."
Haaa-rrrumph!
How completely and utterly unladylike.
I spent the whole durn day there...with all those other Cats and those barking, whining D-O-G-s. We should have banded together and staged a mass revolt of some sort. I think we could have busted outta there. However, I actually think those D-O-G-s liked it there. Strange critters.
Now, Treater and Napper tell me I have to take a pill every day...for ten days. Well, I took that first one, but I'll show them. I can still bite fingers and hide 'way back under the bed.

My eyes can't get any bigger. How simply horrible. A sample? All good cats leave "samples" daily, in easy reach too. There is no need to get a "sample" before it is ready.
That is just sick. I did warn you though. I practice tucking my tail just to avoid that kind of mucking about.
They'll probably try to stroke your neck to get you to swallow the pills. Just remember to use your back legs to kick, and keep the pill under your tongue until you can spit it out. Or throw it up in a meaningful manner.
I'm going to go see about sending you a bouquet of catnip. You deserve it Sweetie. You certainly do.

Oh Spooky, we know that we said that the vet might be help you feel better, but...Ewwwwww! Did they really need to do all that to you? That just seems cruel to us, and a pill every day for 10 days...V-E-T's can be cruel sometimes. This better fix you right up and get you back to full health, 'cos otherwise someone should pay...Maybe you should dish out some punishment on principle for the indignities that you suffered today,

I am glad you are home! What a crazy experience. I didn't know anything about the tail tuck. The V.E.T still manhandled you. Poor thing! Just rest and nap. Position yourself with your paws facing out though, just in case.
